Meet Dr. Otto
Hey there! I’m Andrea S. Otto, MD.
I’m a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician practicing in Kirkwood, Missouri, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
I grew up in Sabetha, Kansas, a small town in the Northeastern part of the state, and moved to the St. Louis area in middle school. I graduated from St. Charles High in St. Charles, Missouri, then attended the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Medicine’s six year BA-MD program. During my time in medical school I joined the US Army, and afterward completed Family Medicine Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, Washington. I practiced as a full spectrum Active Duty Army Family Medicine Physician from 2007 to 2011 primarily at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After leaving the Army, my husband and I moved to Tampa, Florida for his Orthopedic Surgery Shoulder and Elbow fellowship. We then returned to St. Louis in 2012 where I practiced outpatient Family Medicine in the local Kirkwood area for almost six years with St. Anthony’s Medical Center. In May 2018, Diane and I embarked on our journey opening sproutMD Direct Primary Care.
My husband Randy and I live locally with our four children and 2 sweet pups. We enjoy outdoor adventures, live music, great food, and local sports!
