WHO WE ARE

Established in 2018, sproutMD is a Direct Primary Care practice, or DPC, offering full-spectrum, personalized, family medicine outpatient services. We are passionate about knowing our patients and providing exceptional care in a nurturing environment, without the expensive fees, testing costs, drug costs, and insurance restrictions.

BENEFITS

Instead of accepting traditional health insurance, patients pay a low, monthly membership fee. This fee combined with our very low overhead allows us not only to pass savings directly on to patients, but also to provide flexibility in scheduling, length of appointments based on patient needs (average 30 minutes to 1 hour), price transparency, low prescription drug costs, and direct access to your personal physician. Patients of all ages are welcome!
